Explanation for next day turnaround service:

Turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded.

If an email design proof is requested, the turnaround time will begin once you approve the design proof.

All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.

SHIPPING:
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be shipped on the following business day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be shipped the next day.)

STORE PICK-UP:
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 12 noon PST, then it will be available for pick-up on the following business day after 4:30 p.m. PST. (If there is a problem with the file, it won't be ready for pick-up the next day.) You will receive an email notification if the order is ready earlier.

File Specifications:

We prefer that you send a PDF/X-4:2010 that is under 50mb. Any files larger may need to be sized down. Please make sure your file is outlined. Make your artwork in the exact size that you are ordering. No bleed, No crop marks. All fonts must be outlined.
We suggest 150 dpi resolution at 100% of the final print size.

RICH BLACK:
Many times black values will print dulled out and looks brownish. This is because most default black values are this: C: 0 M: 0 Y: 0 K: 100%.
To obtain that true rich black your file must be set to C: 100% M: 100% Y: 100% K: 100%




Contour Cut jobs will have to be in .eps form and contain a cut path line of 0.0001 with clear color denoting the cut line. You must add bleed around the cutline to ensure that no white shows.

Shipping charge:

Some of the items like banners need to be rolled, therefore have to be shipped in long boxes or tubes. This causes some orders to be oversized. reliable Banner has no control on these fee's since they are set buy UPS, FedEx etc.
